Racupack has developed it’s own unique construction principle called "Catamaran" and builds all it’s cartoners, erectors and case-packers using this design. This revolutionary principle is the result of increasing demands from the food industry in respect of hygiene, flexibility and ease of maintenance.

There are a number of features that characterize the Catamaran principle: .

Most evident are the two smooth, clean "hulls" or machine walls, between which there is the bare minimum of components, such as the suspended construction for the main carton transport chains.

All main drives, gearboxes, pneumatic and electrical components are located within one wall of the machines, behind lockable doors accessed from the outside of the machines.

The advantage of this style is immediately evident.
