The continuous motion cartoner, RTC 220 Slimline, is a very compact machine for handling up to 220 boxes/minute.

The RTC 220 Slimline is fully stainless and also built according to the Catamaran design principle. This makes it accessible and easy to clean and maintain.

Low maintenance costs are achieved by using direct coupled servo drives.

All machine processes are monitored and driven by an IPC BUS system with an integrated motion controller.

Innovative, in-board, side loading mechanism makes this machine one of the smallest footprint, high performance cartoners in the market.

Quick and easy size changes due to the use of pre-sets, digital hand wheels and dedicated format parts.

Carton pre-opening for high efficiency of carton erecting and reduced sensitivity to variance in board standards.
