RTI 80 CATAMARAN

This almost fully stainless machine is very versatile and combines the advantages of a respectable capacity and intermittent motion. Step by step the

carton blanks are erected in the transport chain by an independently driven erector arm. The erected cartons are consequently loaded with product and then closed using either hot-melt glue guns or fold and tuck.

Nearly all main drive functions are driven by independent servo drives, with the result that all movements in the machine are highly controlled and

accurate, which in turn allows the high capacity whilst still using intermittent motion.

Of course, the RTI 80 has been built using the Catamaran design principle and the machine incorporates a text display with error message and fault diagnosis, as standard. The machine also includes a 1000mm carton blank conveyor, feeding into the carton magazine.

The RTI 80 is very often sold as a hand fed machine, but Racupack have developed several modular product handling and loading systems, that can easily be connected to this high tech cartoning machine. For size range and output please refer to the table below:
