Our service department consists of a dedicated team of specialists who are completely at your service. They are always ready to assist you with installation, commissioning, part supply, problem solving, inspecting and overhauling of your Racupack machinery.

Installations

The service-engineers who will be installing the machine at your site are trained professionals who can guarantee a smooth and efficient installation process. They are involved with the complete installation and commissioning of the machinery and will normally stay with you until the equipment is fully operational.

They will also take care of the training of the operators and technical staff at your site. They will give a detailed training about operating and how to maintain the machine.
